About Nobu

Hi, I'm Nobu, Holistic Therapist (IIHHT) and Reiki Master Practitioner.

I was born and brought up in a Buddhism temple in Japan, and have been greatly influenced by the healthy Japanese culture and environment. This has enriched me with the experience of a healthy life style, which includes good food in a healthy balanced diet, regular exercise, and use of organic body care products.

I studied and practiced Zen (often refer to Zen meditation) at a monastery in Japan for 18 months. My interest towards health and experience of Zen meditation has led me to take a Reiki Master Degree, which gives me mental, physical, spiritual strength and relaxation.

I studied Holistic & Advanced Complementary Therapies at Coleg Menai, Bangor, North Wales, also Beauty & Spa Therapies at Yale College of Wrexham. Proved very popular with the clients during those courses,  and the quality of my ability was reflected in me receiving the Student of the year award, - "2004, Complementary therapies" and "2006 Beauty Thrapies".
